Lead transformation in is function and support new technologies deployment for better efficiency.9. Has a certain level of knowledge or Customer usage for Validation use-cases. Advises and shares knowledge internally., * Systems Engineering activities include all activities where Systems Engineering expertise is needed. It is an interdisciplinary approach governing the total technical and managerial effort required to transform a set of stakeholder needs, expectations, and constraints into a solution and to support that solution throughout its life. It is used in many situations, requirements, specification, architecture, design, test, anticipation.Qualification1. BE/BTech/ME/MTech (Computer Science, Telecommunication, Electronics, Electrical, or Engineering in any other relevant field) or MCA2. Work experience of minimum 12-16 years in System Engineering TestingInterpersonal Skills Required1. Ability to work in a multicultural environment and in a matrix project execution organization integrating Agile methods.2. Lots of leadership and autonomy going with good structuring skills.3. Excellent communication and collaboration skills going with the ability to express oneself and convince in front of a varied audience of stakeholders with different professions.4. Customer oriented mindset.
