1. Work on service requests on a daily basis.2. Level 1 and 2 support for applications - JIRA, Confluence, Remedy, Jenkins and DevOps Tools.3. Level 1 support on production issues surrounding these applications.4. Monitoring of these applications to report any alerts and issues to the team.5. Clean-up of these applications on a PI basis.6. Plugin installation/upgrade and testing.7. Ensure the committed stories and tasks assigned to the team are closed on time.8. Handle onCall support during weekends.9. Handle change request validations.10. Support Installation/upgrade of the mentioned applications.11. Creating and supporting service request forms in Confluence.12. Writing basic SQLs to pull and update data for automation.13. Wiring basic powershell scripts for automating repeated tasks.Qualifications:Bachelor s degree with a technical major such as engineering or computer science.Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Agile project.Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to other staff members.Basic Powershell knowledge to handle automation.Thorough knowledge on Agile methodologies.Basic knowledge on DevOps applications.Basic knowledge on writing SQL queries.Knowledge on creating Remedy Incidents and CRQs.Basic knowledge on Windows server and Linux.Knowledge on handling Service requests.,
