Job Description

Cisco seeks a Manager, Systems Engineer to provide leadership and mentorship to the Managed Services partners in support of channel development efforts across the India based ITSP partners.What Youll DoIn this role, you will be planning the technical direction for the team, identifying expertise to grow the team as needed, and facilitating key partnerships between internal and the partner organization. Have an open mind, being agile, connected and a DNA set in diversity sets you out as someone who will be successful in this role.Who You AreThis is an ideal position for someone who has proven leadership skills and related industry and technical expertise to advance their career in management and Channels.Experience- Min 14 years of experience with enterprise sales/channel backgroundRoles and responsibilities:

  • Work with the India partners to build the channel GTM strategy
  • Develop the architects to drive the solutions
  • Work with the regional channel and sales teams to drive adoption
  • Work with the Business units to co-invest and develop solutions
  • Work with architecture teams to increase adoption of partner solutions in to the sales motion
  • Build an enablement plan for partners across all technologies
  • Work on improving the architects career
