If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.We are currently seeking a Systems Integration Senior Specialist to join our team in BANGALORE, Karn taka (IN-KA), India (IN).Must have at least 6-7 years of experience in Exchange & M365 Domain Collaborate with onshore management on projects, Change management and day to day operational issues Must have thorough knowledge and hands on experience in Datacentre and related technologies like Virtualization, VDI, Exchange, M365,AV Management, Storage, etc. Understanding the concepts of datacenter technologies for coordination within datacenter team and other technology teams - Very good Hands-on experience on MS patch management - Patching skills with SCCM 2012/2016 and WSUS are mandatory - Identifying available security, critical and emergency patches or threats - Act on vulnerabilities identified in timely fashion - Assessment & creation of reports to show our compliance - To keep the stakeholders in loop -Primary responsibilities provide VMware and Windows Server Administration -Including design, installation, configuration, troubleshooting & optimization. -Strong knowledge of VMware environment including vCenter, vSphere & ESX 5.5 / 6.5 -Strong knowledge of VMware Horizon View -Strong knowledge of Windows Server version 2008 and 2012R2 -Proven track record with support of Active Directory environment Develop processes and perform activities to ensure consistent, high quality service or support levels Identifies potential problems and work towards process improvements Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills Well versed with ITIL framework and other process Drive continual improvement plan, service improvement plan and ensure SLA & KPI s are met.
