Job Description

    Were looking for smart & talented recruiters who can fit in as corporate recruiters and will beworking closely with hiring managers to define needs & structure the recruitment plan for the volumehiring module. Also, crafting the companys talent acquisition strategy and organizing allcommunications with candidates. Ultimately, you will maintain & improve our employer brand,ensuring that we attract, hire and retain people who contribute to our companys growth.Supervisory Responsibilities:
    • Recruiters are directly responsible for the full spectrum of the hiring plan from
    shortlisting to closing successful hires.Duties/Responsibilities:
    • Work closely with hiring managers to define recruitment needs.
    • Plan the hiring process & Set hiring goals (e.g. quarterly and annual)
    • Track recruitment KPIs, like time to hire, source of & time to fill.
    • Manage all communication with candidates from the moment.
    • Source candidates from various on job boards, professional networks & through referrals
    • Interview candidates at various stages of the hiring process
    • Oversee internal and external communication
    • Organize hiring events and participate in job fairs to network with potential candidates
    Required Skills/Abilities:
    • Any Bachelor or Master Degree with Proven HR Recruiting Knowledge.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Thorough knowledge of HR Hiring & Talent Management.
    • Proficient with excel and handling internal recruitment ,lateral Roles and Responsibilities
