Job Description

Qualifications Bachelor s degree in engineering / Computer Science or related technical field. Roles and Responsibilities:
    1. Should have 5 to 8+ years experience. Should have People management, Project or Program management of minimum 2 years.
    2. Conduct huddle meetings, manage tracker and agile dashboard to maintain the team KPI.
    3. Should have a strong stakeholder management background and will be responsible for managing team engagement and attrition.
    4. Report team performance internally and externally on a timely basis.
    5. Ensure to maintain CSAT score for the team is high.
    6. Develop new processes/tasks/objects using core workflow principles of Automation that are efficient. Act as Business analyst to provide logic to the junior developers.
    7. Must have delivered end to end RPA solutions using AA360. Optional is UI path, but candidate should be able to switch to Automation Anywhere.
    8. Excellent communication skill is a must.
    9. Basic programming/Scripting knowledge on VBA/VB/java/C# script is must (or any scripting language, python is a plus)
    10. You must have an experimental and creative mindset, and you relish the opportunity to try new things.
    11. Should have experience on SAP, Oracle, O365 platform Automation.
    12. Design, code, test automation workflows using Automation Anywhere.
    13. Provide VSM solution designs to customers throughout the deployment of new deals, during POCs and project implementation phase.
    14. Make changes to the robot code during implementation as needed.
    15. Responsible for the overall testing cycles.
    16. Experience in SQL scripting is an added advantage.
