WERE LOOKING FOR A TEAM LEAD - DATA ANALYSISWe are looking for an experienced and passionate Team Leader for our Data Analysis team. If you enjoy taking ownership and driving a team to build a platform that will help leading consumer goods companies on very interesting challenges then this role is for you. Through this role you will also expand your understanding of how social data and data science can be used to augment and replace traditional consumer research.Responsibilities :- Team Management: Managing a team of Data Analysts that perform the following functions- Data Defining- Responsible for researching and creating robust social queries, with datasets experts, to define category & sector conversation (i.e. Twitter, blogs, forums, Instagram).- Help curate and filter relevant data for SaaS platform based on client requirements for new and existing clientsQuality Assurance:- Perform critical analysis of data set on the SaaS platform- Coordinate with Data Analysts and Dataset experts to identify an execute data filters- Data Entry and Updates:- Execute data entry and platform set-up for new client projects and data refreshes for existing clientsProject Management:- Manage team of Data Analysts to support the timely execution of projects- Work with the team of cross functional team of data analysts, insights consultants, project managers, developers, quality assurance and sales on platform set-up and deliveryREQUIREMENTS :- Bachelors in Marketing or related fields preferred- Prior experience of 5+ years in Content Moderation, Catalog Management, Market Research Operations and related fields- Minimum 2 years team management experience- Previous experience in the FMCG / E-commerce / Tech industry in Catalogue Management or Content Moderation Experience with FMCG, F is a plus- Experience in Food & Beverage category, Beauty category experience a plus,
