Team LeaderTeam Leader - Telesales Objective: To manage a team of CLX telesales operators to sell the CL product. To ensure high quality of service for both outbound and inbound customers. To motivate and train the team to achieve required conversion rates.Positions Vacant: 2 Key responsibilities: Manage the Cross telesales team Allocation of daily call lists. Assistance with follow- up planning.
