This position is responsible for opening and maintaining accounts on Global Markets Securities Finance transaction systems.The successful Team Leader candidate will report directly into a captive Assistant ManagerThe SSGM Data Control Team Leader will be responsible for the daily tasks associated with the maintenance of static data in both the Agency Lending and Enhanced Custody applications.The SSGM Data Control Team Leader will be expected to engage and communicate daily with:- SSGM Account Management- SSGM AL and EC Client onboarding- SSGM Trading & Middle Office units.- SSGM Operations- SFA Credit & Risk.- SSGM Systems and IT teamsJob DescriptionAdd, update and maintain client profiles and data attributes on the various systems via direction from Client Services, Trading and Client On- boarding.Maintain client and broker lending/ borrowing limits using various tools as reported by custody groups, Fund Reporting / Oversight, and Securities Lending Client ServicesAssist with issue resolution around static data set up within the various applications utilized by Securities FinanceProvide client service quality responses to all inquiries in a timely mannerMaintain a high level of accuracy while producing timely work in a manual processing environmentContribute and/ or lead a wide variety of initiatives as a dependable and flexible resource6 years of operational experience in the Financial Services industry with an operations, data governance, or database management focus Must be able to work as part of a team to ensure all work is completed within designated timeframes Must be able to multi- task and reprioritize work as time critical issues arise Strong attention to detail in a dynamic, fast- paced environment Good interpersonal and communication skills are required Experience with Microsoft Access Databases, Excel, SQL as well as other database management experience Experience with MCH, GSMAC and other State Street applications a plus Experience with high volume transaction and trading operations environment is a plus Ability to build access database and SQL queries is a plus Aptitude for data governance and data maintenance,
