Primary ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot and resolve various hardware and software issues (COMPANYS PRODUCT) Answer emails and phone calls in a timely manner Assist with software set-up and configuration, and desktop hardware. Offer support with android tablets and application. Exceptional customer service skills with the demonstrated ability to build long term relationships.
