Job Description

    Mission: Scope = A350 + A330 + A380 + A320 Goal is to define and/or to daily drumbeat the below subjects for SEDYW The mission aims at ensuring the good progress of the production of the authoring lines for the Wiring perimeter. To do so, activities of monitoring, tracking and investigation are required on the source data (Engineering and Vendors data). You will: - Follow the SDR dataflow on all programs, - Anticipate the missing data from engineering in front of A/C planning, - Anticipate the vendors data needs on all programs, - Produce and push SDR in case of risk of delay, - Be pro-active on blocking issues - Liaise with Engineering or Vendors when necessary - Secure efficient communication with design office to anticipate and to define any needed splitting activity - Participate actively to the redaction of the guides updates (under the lead of the product leader) and secure the guides timely publication in accordance with the quality process in placeTechnical skills: Candidate should have worked 3- 6 years of Technical authoring & proof reading experience in Airbus Wiring Manuals [WDM/ASM/AWL/AWM] Basic knowledge on Electrical domain is mandatory [Like Switch, Wire, Alarm etc.] Sound knowledge on configuration will be an advantage. Sound knowledge/experience in airbus authoring tool WISE and GAMS is mandatory. Good knowledge on Airbus Process and its methodology is mandatory. Knowledge on IMS-PA, IWDS, CMS & DACAS will be an added advantage. Sound Knowledge on Aerospace standard (ATA 100 ,ispec 2200 & S1000D). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Good team player and problem solving capability. Good Capabilities for Reporting and KPIs Good hands on experience on Gsuite and MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).Soft skills: Data synthesis & analysis skills Good communication Pro-active, dynamic and open minded Persevering and problem solving mind Rigorous and curious to understand technical figures Being able to work in a transnational environment Good communication in English (French will be a plus)Competencies / Experiences optional: - Airbus Tech Data environnement - Airbus Engineering - Airbus suppliers,
