Our inclusive team of dreamers, doers and disruptors push the limits from impossible to possible.You will work in the next generation iSIM Secure Connect product technical support and will also have opportunities to participate in projects. The applications would be running in Cloud Native architecture and can be in Software-as-a-Service or on-premises deployments.     • Trobleshoot and Solve the product functionality issues
    • Provide 24x7 production support

    Your skills and experience You have:
    • Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience required and excellent communication skills
    • 6+ yrs of experience with demonstrated passion and achievement for technology in the areas described below and customer satisfaction
    • Worked on IaaS (e.g:- Openstack, RH OCP is an advantage) and Virtualisation (e.g:- vSphere/vCloud)
    • Worked on Networking and Security (TCP/IP v4/v6, Firewalls/iptables) and Software Defined Networking (SDN e.g:- nuage, Openflow)
    • Knowledge on Microservices Containers (Kubernetes/Docker, CKA is an advantage)
    • Knowledge on Cloud Concepts (AWS, XaaS etc., worked on any Public Cloud is an advantage)
    • Any scripting knowledge and apetite to automate
    It would be nice if you also had:
    • Worked on RDBMS (e.g:- Postgres) administration
    • Knowledge on remote SIM provisioning and over-the-air (OTA) programming for IoT devices is an advantage (e.g:- M-BUS, MQTT-SN, LoRA)
