We need you to help us do this.Why this role mattersThis purpose of this role is to ensure that the scope of the delivery is understood and that the technical solution meets the business need and that plans are comprehensive and are achieved.This role is accountable in driving e2e designs, understand complex design patterns and drive / own up the solutions right from business scoping of technical deliverables through to enablement of technical benefits realisation, functional / non-functional.The role is also accountable for managing inlife trials, speedy triaging of inlife issues, preparation and development of E2E delivery plans that rectify those issues and deliver fantastic customer experience.What youll be doing

• Take ownership of technical delivery problems (test and live), identify what needs to happen and ensure all parties who are impacted or who can help to address the problem are engaged in a timely fashion to reach a solution.
• Ensure all impacted teams understand the delivery plans
• Meet committed finance figures for the technical deliveries
• Engage with business to track and monitor the status of service/ in-life trials/ Early Launch/ UAT etc
• Ensures that technical dependencies across areas within domain are identified and resolved/tracked so that inlife delivery is not put in jeopardy.
• Support release deployment (weekends/ evening) and post-deployment stabilisation - investigate, triage, conclude post deployment issues.
• Lead and coaching a team, managing resources and team recruitment, selection and development.
• Make /implement recommendations for improvements to processes.
• Run regular project review forums with all stakeholders. Risks/issues/finances/status/resources
• Manage/determine escalation process for project milestones. Provide options on recovery of the technical delivery including re-planning/rescheduling.
• Make recommendations on the affordability of technical delivery costs and where appropriate challenge the costs/solution. In addition, drive the discussion with stakeholders on requirements/affordability and make decisions around release scoping with stakeholders.
• Engaging with clients and suppliers including internal stakeholders (regular stakeholder comms) and supporting the team with the engagement.
• Engagement as required to bring parties together to clarify and resolve issues with requirements, designs, & priorities
• Manage any issues identified post deployment and escalate as appropriate
• Identify pre requisites to technical deliveries and ensure that they are delivered
• Identify when technical deliveries are at risk and take corrective action to resolve
• Engagement with third party suppliers on technical solution requirements.
• Engagement with relevant stakeholders to agree post deployment testing, trial, pilot, launch plans.

• Experience in Change management processes.
• Experience in change management toolsets such as HPQC/ALM, Bridge/ Clarify etc.
• Demonstrable and proven technical delivery management experience with a track record of successful deliveries.
• Exposure to varied development methodologies Waterfall and Agile.
• Experience of working in a fast paced environment
• Demonstrate experience of Continuous Improvement culture.
• Should be BE/BTech/ME/MTech qualified.
• Professional certification e.g. Prince2, Agile, PMP, ITIL.
• Story-telling with data: strong skills in building the case for change, drawing on data and analytical techniques where appropriate, and communicating this to business audience.
• The candidate should have good expertise in OSS platform, drive E2E designs, understand complex design patterns and drive / own up solutions managing with external teams/stakeholders.
• Thorough understating of effective decision making process.
• Able to understand business imperatives, deep dive on technical area and get the best outcome out of a technically challenging situations. and how they align with the wider company strategy.
• Able to interpret client needs, assessing the full requirements.
• Strong in negotiation both internally and externally to ensure successful resolution of issues prior to escalation, ensuring that the wider business imperative is not undermined.
• Strong skills in managing issues and patterns from partial/conflicting data.
• Able to develops plans for specific work activities in own area over the short-term, which may include forecasting resource requirements.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills with ability to effectively communicate at all levels within the organisation reaching out when needed to resolve issues.
