This highly visible position will be front and center as we work to continuously modernize our solutions and change the way we think about and apply data in solutions across our architecture. A successful candidate for this position must possess both a deep and wide background in data technologies spanning both solutions built on traditional (RDBMS) , non-traditional (NoSQL) platforms and AI Data platforms (BigData, Search and Timeseries databases).As a key member of the architecture team, the candidate should be comfortable with driving technical ideas and communicating clearly with technical as well as non-technical audiences.Required Technical and Professional Expertise Individual contributor role in the GTS Analytics Customer Engagement function Independently develop Analytics solution GTM toolkit comprising of the following but not limited to:

  • Analytics strategy and roadmaps
  • Frameworks
  • Go to market initiatives
  • Service catalog and service offerings
  • Data sheets and service descriptions
  • Cost models and pricing models
  • Best practices and white papers
  • Templates for the lifecycle (solution, proposals, presentations, information gathering, design, delivery reports, etc)
  • Skill matrices and skill development plans
  • Case studies
  • Independently deliver consulting assignments and RFP,RFS, Deal qualifications on Analytics (multi cloud, hybrid IT) for either or both of the following:
  • Analytics/AiOps roadmap and strategy, business case and ROI/ TCO calculation and high level Analytics readiness assessment
  • Detailed Analytics readiness assessment, Use Case identification, Business to Technical usecase conversion
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise Qualifications: 1. Very good exposure and expertise in Analytics practice development 2. Very good exposure and expertise of any two public clouds (Azure, AWS, Oracle, Google cloud), optionally any one private clouds (vmware vRealize, OpenStack) and good understanding of datacenter IT infrastructure technology landscape at an architect level 3. Very good understanding of IaaS, PaaS components and preferably SaaS 4. Ability to influence enterprise architects, program managers, application architects, client middle management (directors and vice president level) 5.Fast learner and self-learner on cloud components or services with minimal or no guidance 6.Ability to mentor and command respect from engagement architects and project managers 7.Strong verbal and written communication skills 8.Years of experience: overall 16-20, with relevant experience of 5 years or more About Business UnitAt Global Technology Services (GTS), we help our clients envision the future by offering end-to-end IT and technology support services, supported by an unmatched global delivery network.
