Job Description

    • Build solutions to supporting our ITIL, Project and Monitoring processes using ServiceNow platform.
    • Work on operational support on the ServiceNow platform
    • Working on upgrades and maintenance on the ServiceNow platform
    • Designing and building CMDB using ServiceNow platform and integration with source systems.
    Your qualifications
    • Bachelor/masters degree in computer science engineering, Information Science, or equivalent
    • Proven generic experience and knowledge on the ServiceNow platform
    • Be expert in at least one on the modules ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, CMDB
    • Experienced in using Agile methodology
    • Excellent communication skills which allow effective communication with all ranks of stakeholders who may be technical or non-technical stakeholders
    • Good knowledge on ITIL standards, Agile ways of working and working with Jira and ServiceNow
    • Good interpersonal skills, work with a team environment, with all levels of the organization
    • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills including the ability to listen attentively and to communicate information clearly and effectively throughout all levels of the organization
