* ResponsibilitiesThe Technical manager main mission:- To be accountable for development team deliverables with right quality - To recruit, manage and retain high performance agile development teamsDetailed mission:People : To recruit and retain high performance talent Build and empower high performance agile teams that are self governed Drive the relevent technolgies and competence across the teams Nurture and grow talent in their respective teams Hierachical responsible for team members, perform all necessary tasks related to hierachical function Process: Periodically review and effect necessary changes to ensure agility and quality Establish & maintain CI/CD flow with single click deployment Evaluate and deploy best in class tools for development and test Implement best in class agile methods & R&D governance Execution: Be acountable for agile team output. Manage and mitigate execution risks Work closely with the technical product owner to realize the functional and non functional requreiments Enagage with the architect and development teams to build best the in class software Work in alignment with the technical product owner to prioritize technical debt, functional debt and improvements Support the Customer success teams in alignment with the technical product owner for customer issues Work with the support manager to train application support teams Ensure the right messages are communicated at all governance forums and meetings Help TPOs move forward on blocking pointsSpecific Competencies Strong understanding of Software domain and agile development lifecycle is a must Proven Customer focus Prior experience managing Software product development teams using Agile/Scrum Proven track of record of successful projects in an agile environment Prior experience as a software development manager. Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment in a matrix organization with geographical distributed teams Good understanding technolgy, SAAS based product development and cloud deployments Past experience in web frameworks - frontend and serverside, Azure and AWS is desired Calm and effective in a high pressure environment Detail-oriented and rigorous Understanding of electrical domain is a plus High command of verbal and written EnglishExpected personal characteristics Leadership Result oriented mindset Ability to build and leverage collaboration and networking Strong people skills,
