Job Description

Reading design documents to aid in mechanical assembly; designing, testing and manufacturing electronically controlled mechanical systems. Conceptualize and build using the existing Engineering tools (CATIA, MATRIX & SMARTEAM) to the maximum capability.He should have hands on experience on development of Landing Gear and Test rig development.Using wide application of principles and concepts of New Product Development to identify the opportunity for automation and develop tools to support the design team in order to reduce the product development time and efforts. Independently determine and develop approach to solutions. Solutions are imaginative, complete, practical and build on prior experience. Key responsibilitiesLeads a team of Design professionalsIdentification of Mechanical & Electro mechanical systems products that can be analyzed using simulation to reduce the development timeDevelop the requirements documents in consultation with the Subject Matter ExpertsConfirm the design feasibility and testing methods.Develop and evaluate the tools for confirmation with requirementsContributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Interact with the Value stream leaders and Technology focal.Requirements: Education: Graduate or Master in Mechanical / Aerospace Engineering along with MBAExperience: 12- 15 years of relevant experienceDesired qualificationStrong knowledge of Engineering principles, product development and Electro- Mechanical systems.Hands on experience in CAD tools such as CATIA.Problem solving skills and capability to handle new tasksGood written and verbal communication skillsStrength in mathematics, science and computers is necessary, who require to work with all disciplines frequentlyNote to candidates regarding interview scams: Wed like to make it clear that UTC Aerospace Systems never asks candidates for money.
