Job Position: Technical Manager/ R& D Engineer Head for Paint IndustryJob Location: BangaloreQualification: Any Graduates/ Post GraduateExperience: 10- 20yrsExperience in Development of Decorative and Industrial paints is must. Experience in Development of Marine and Protective coating is preferable.Experience in managing Quality control section (Raw Material and Finished Products)Thorough knowledge of Tinting.Thorough knowledge of Paint Machinery and Paint Testing Instruments required as per BIS, ISO, and ASTM etc. Specification including operating knowledge of Spectrophotometer for Color matching, all types viscometers including Stoermer, Haake etc.Knowledge of ISO certification and SOP for machinery & products.Knowledge of competitors equivalent products and cost reduction of our products suiting to market requirement without hampering the quality.Leading abilities to train Chemists.Creative & Innovative ideas to overcome the competition.Experience in giving quick solutions for the problems faced by shop floor during regular production.Thorough knowledge of alternate raw materials in case of unavailability or price increase of regular raw materials.Co- ordinating and co- operation with shop floor for sooth production.Aiming towards Zero rejection from sites/ market.,
