Cisco s Transformation Operations (TRON) is focused on strategically driving Cisco s end-to-end transformation initiatives across the company by championing a horizontal mindset and playing a leading role in the synchronous execution of key strategic initiatives for the company. In parallel, we maintain an in-depth understanding of competitive conditions, industry practices, market opportunities, and requirements to deliver the most desired outcomes for our customers.As a Product Manager, you ll work cross-functionally to guide Cisco s next generation as-a-service operations platform from conception to launch. You should excel in all areas of product development and execution, including product strategy, product design, technical problem solving, and business process.This highly visible position will give you the chance to explore complex problems, gain insight into strategic issues that are forefront in the minds of the executive leadership team, and design and execute solutions to deliver real, sustainable impact. We need Product Managers to join Cisco Plus Operational Platform team. This is the team that will enable Cisco Plus market offers and will be front-and-center for our customers and partners enabling the buying and selling lifecycle capabilities. This team is responsible for the definition and execution of capabilities for Config-Price-Quote (CPQ), Commerce, Onboarding, Subscription Billing & Management, Consumption, 3 rd Party Integrations and the E2E Customer Experience for our Hybrid Cloud, SASE, 5G and many other innovative NaaS offerings.

• Define a product roadmap for identified phase of XaaS lifecycle, while gathering product requirements
• Understand markets, competitors, and user requirements in depth
• Launch, test, and iterate on new products and features quickly
• Drive the product roadmap and execute the delivery timelines for the work to achieve team and company goals
• Collaborate and build strong partnerships with teams across engineering, operations, finance, supply chain, sales & partner GTM
• Analyze and interpret results, conclude actionable recommendations and communicate them effectively to executive stakeholders

Who You ll Work WithThis role will work directly with Customer Experience, Finance, Sales, Operations, Business Units, and other functional teams to execute and release Cisco s next generation as-a-service operations platform.Who You AreRelated experience in Product Management, Business Strategy or Business Analytics in high-tech industry with demonstrated ability to ramp up quickly. You should also possess both operational and cross-functional initiative experience.

• You have experience building SaaS products, with domain experience in building CPQ, Subscription Management or Commerce capabilities. You understand the ecosystem around these capabilities and impact to downstream billing and ERP systems.
• You have prior experience with Salesforce, SAP, Oracle products and APIs.
• You demonstrate a track record of uncovering and understanding customer needs and translate them into requirements, user journeys and business processes.
• You demonstrate an ability to work well with a team of developers, engineers, UX designers, business architects, and operations to execute according to plans
• You demonstrate ability to develop and incubate product strategy
• You are able to participate and drive Agile sprints, create backlogs, clarify requirements to developers and resolve issues in an expeditious manner
• You demonstrate ability to define success criteria for testing and product acceptance
• You demonstrate ability to create and maintain proper product documents including Epics and User Stories
• You demonstrate ability to provide thought leadership, think strategically and effectively communicate vision (both written and verbal) and influence cross-functionally
• You are a self-starter and hungry to learn
