Job Description

Technical Project ManagerBengaluruWe are accelerating our growth as our company gains increasing traction in the exciting AI for the Enterprise market. We are looking for talented Business Analysts who want to be part of a world-class team and bring with them a healthy mix of intellectual curiosity, desire to learn and passion for excellence.As a Technical Project Manager, you will-

  • Need to plan and manage product release cycles
  • Need to manage and coordinate product development activities using Agile methodologies
  • Need to evaluate and provide technical feasibility, design optimization and resolve issues as they come up in different environments
  • Need to ensure standardization of code output using both manual and automated approach
  • Need to estimate work effort and schedule user stories for sprint cycles
  • Manage and mentor subordinate staff in day-to-day activities
  • Should seek product evangelize opportunities and work with other departments towards fulfilling them
  • Should provide requisite technical knowledge towards documentary collateral
  • Participate on product road mapping and technical design sessions
  • Manage team of developers and engineers
Qualifications:Must Have
  • 8+ years relevant work experience
  • Extensive experience with Agile methodologies
  • Experience with Product roadmaps and Product/Project management experience in technology products
  • Worked in
    • SCM domain specific product/software company
    • Analytics services/product company
    • Project management role in a technology company
  • Graduate degree in Sciences/Engineering or equivalent
Good to have:
  • SCM / Manufacturing / Retail domain exposure
  • Hands-on or knowledge on AI/ML techniques
  • Experience with Product roadmaps / Product/Project management experience in technology products
  • Experience working with early stage Technology Start-ups in Product/ Project Management roles
  • Masters in Data/Management Science/ Analytics
