Job Description

This requires strong project planning/management and organizational skills. Your team will be working with complex systems, requiring you to have a high level of concentration and attention to detail.Core Job Responsibilities:
    • Take active part in the development of cognitive automation topics and liaise with stakeholders to analyze business problems, clarify requirements, and define the scope of the resolution needed
    • Analyze, plan, and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduled technical projects
    • Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects
    • Facilitate communication with key strategy stakeholders, including regular reports and strategy progress meetings
    • Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for team members required for specific projects or initiatives
    • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
    • Provide coaching and direction to Cognitive automation and ML team members
    • Establish and maintain standard operating procedure, documentation, and metrics appropriate for the test lab.
    • Maintain awareness of industry standards and best practices, particularly technology
    • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in alignment with productivity and sustainability goals of the organization
    • Share best practices, success stories and knowledge with peers and stakeholders
    • Recognize future needs and drive strategies and improvement projects accordingly
    Key Competencies:
    • PMP or Agile Scrum Master certification
    • Domain: Cognitive automation (development)
    • Hands-on experience in implementation of AI, ML projects
    • Ability to connect engineering to data science
    • Understanding of Cloud (AWS or Azure), API s, Databases, Linux, Docker, Git/GitHub, Cloud services (especially related to AI, such as Azure Machine Learning, ASW SageMaker
    • Ability to guide the team on Python
    • Proficiency of frameworks such as SciPy, Pandas, NumPy, TensorFlow (or similar like PyTorch), scikit-learn, matplotlib/plotly/seaborn
    • Excellent communication skills in English
    • Ability to work with a team
