Job Description

    Create and architect application deployments on various Kubernetes clusters across a diverse range of projects Migrate onsite applications to AWS Kubernetes, Container migrations in various hybrid cloud scenarios For eg, from On Prem container based workloads to a cloud based container platform Work out sizing for the target container workloads Interact with customer technical staff, IT architects, application owners Conduct strategy, application, technology design and planning workshops Automate deployment of Kubernetesbased applications and create reusable components Build and deploy tooling to aid engineers and business users in the usage of various Kubernetes clusters Collaborate with other engineers on the team to foster solid engineering principles Collaborate with application engineers to help create firstclass Kubernetes deployable applications Work within SOC2based change management environment Minimum of 5 years experience working in a DevOpsSRE environment Minimum of 2 years developing with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, Nomad, etc) Experience with Kubernetes running in public cloud environments such as EKS, or AKS Experience with Helm Experience with Kubernetes technologies such as Rancher AWS engineering or administration experience. Experience with RMF (risk management framework), STIG tools, security patching cloud native applications. Linux commandline experience, Python experience Experience with CICD technologies such as GitLab, GitLab Runners, Ansible or similar technologie,
