Identify, assess and resolve incidents related to security-related systems/appliances in a timely manner within Service Level Agreements.Proactively identify risks, perform trend analysis, monitor and maintain systems.Support and execute technology refresh/system upgrades, project implementation and production support.Liaise with vendors support team to address technical issues within the security platforms.Write procedures and work instructions for security product implementation and support processes.Communicates clearly on technical/non-technical issues both written and orally.Perform system administration tasks and/or support on operational duties required during Green zone (usually during non-traditional working hours).Work closely with STS service lines team members to provide support on continuous integrations and delivery (CI/CD) pipeline activities i.e. DevOps.Our Ideal CandidateMinimum 5 years experience in similar role supporting technical end users.Strong working experience in UNIX/Linux and Windows, especially in shell scripting, systems administration and product installations.Good knowledge and understanding of security technologies is advantageous i.e. SOAR, User Behaviour Analytics, SIEM, Threat Intelligence Platform, Malware Analysis, Endpoint Detection and Response solutions.Good knowledge and understanding in release management.Ability to learn quickly, with a passion for solving technical problems.Good communications skills (oral and written) able to articulate clearly with strong technical report writing across various target audiences, and fluent in English.Minimum Bachelor s degree in computer science, or equivalent.CISSP / ITIL v3 foundation and above is preferred.Strong sense of personal ownership and responsibility in accomplishing function goals.,
