Technical Support Engineer Desktop; Laptop; Printer; Network Job Description You will be responsible for the maintenance and support of the office IT infrastructure consisting of Laptops, computers, printers, networking, etc. you will man the helpdesk and will attend to supporting of the mentioned equipments and ensure high level of uptime . Desired Profile b. Experience : 2+ years as desktop support or Technical Support c. Skills: Ability to manage office IT infrastructure Installation of Desktop/ Laptop Operating System - Windows 2003, XP, Win 7 & 8. Assembling, troubleshooting and maintaining of Desktops / Laptops Installing and Managing updates, Anti- Virus, backup, etc. Supporting video conferencing, ensuring smooth connectivity, etc. Installation and configuring network connectivity. Troubleshooting common network problems. Good Communication skills in English & Kannada
