Job Description

Job Requisition: R- 1895 Technical Support Engineer (Open) Primary Location: BANGALORE PSO Technical Support Engineer HOMS (Level 2) Support Customer deployment activities Assist Customer in setting up connectivity by coordinating with Neustar and Customers network teams Provide guidance to Customers with the development of Web- Service clients/ servers. Execute Integration lifecycle testing with Customers including Development testing, Functionality Testing, User Acceptance testing, Production Verification and Regression testing Provide aid in monitoring Customer production activities Identify errors/ issues during testing and escalate to the appropriate teams Create and manage test cases and plan as per the deployment needs Debug issues by analyzing application log files, database queues and workflow tools.
