Whatfix Digital Adoption and Consulting (DAC) Team is looking for a Technical Writer to develop high - quality and effective product guides using Whatfix for our customers . You will work collaboratively with our solution engineers and customer success managers to create those guides . Work Location : Bangalore , India Responsibilities : Work with customers to get an in - depth understanding of the customer business process Create Whatfix guides for customer s end users . Be an advocate of Whatfix best practices to our customers . Review the created content and text it against set standards Requirements : 5 experience in technical writing of customer s business process Previous background in software product centric company is preferred Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures Excellent written skills in English Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office University degree in Computer Science , Engineering or equivalent preferred Troubleshooting & complaint handling Open to work in evening shift supporting North American clients About Us : Whatfix is disrupting the way Application Support and Learning content is consumed by providing Contextual and Interactive Walkthroughs inside enterprise applications at the exact time a task is being performed .
