    • Project Role :Quality Engineering Lead (Test Lead)
    • Project Role Description :Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

    • Job Requirements :
        • Key Responsibilities : 1 Should have good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle Software Testing Life Cycle 2 Should be able to analyze the requirement and do verification 3 should be able to design, develop and execute test plans according to business requirements 4 Responsible to assure bug fixing 5 Should have good knowledge in Re-testing and Regression Testing 6 Should have to lead the team and manage the test cases
        • Technical Experience : 1 Have prior knowledge of Banking products, and understanding of T24 configurations and AA Modules 2 Previous experience with Temenos T24 Testing including product and integration testing with other applications 3 Must have prior testing experience and to set up, maintain and operate testing frameworks 4 Must have experience of working in Agile, Scrum, DevOps methodologies 5 Should have knowledge on JIRA and Confluence
        • Professional Attributes : 1 Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment 2 Excellent communication written oral and interpersonal skills
      • Educational Qualification : 1 Minimum 15 years of full time education 2 A Computer Science/IT related Degree / Diploma
