Demonstrate exceptional Techno Functional skills in Temenos data source. Demonstrate exceptional Knowledge in Instrument master data. Good understanding on Wealth suite platform Understand the existing implementation and able to learn quickly. Should interact with business and users to understand the issue in application and revert them timely. Good understanding of working in Agile projects in Scrum models Work with product owner (PO) for user story priority and reprioritize based on business needs. Knowledge of Agile Lifecycle Management tools, such as Jira / Confluence Support system and user acceptance testing activities including validation of test plans, test strategy documents, test cases and defect management Be the SME for the business team to guide them in TDS & Surround systems. Minimum of 6 to 8 years experience in core banking implementation especially in Wealth suite implementation (Hands-on experience is a must). Certified Scrum Master is a must Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of TDS. Good knowledge in Wealth suite Systems like TAP, T24 and Insight. Experience in TDS to TAP Interface setup and data flows is a must. Experience in TDS to T24 Interface setup and data flows is a must. Learn quickly the existing system and custom developed system by vendor. Experienced in analyzing, preparing and delivering analysis for defect and guide the team. Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills Proactive and self-motivated team player who ensures timely completion of assignments Proficient verbal and written communication skills to converse and collaborate. As a Senior Scrum Master, you are responsible for facilitating multiple Scrum teams. You are accountable for removing impedimentsto the teams to achieve the sprint goals/deliverables. You are expected to ensure that Scrum process is used as intended. You should be able to handle increased complexity and teams, and be a Scrum master for at least 2-3 Scrum teams to ensure project delivery for these teams. ,
