Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:1. Sales & Business Development
    • Sales Targets: Develop and implement strategies to achieve or exceed sales quotas and targets for the assigned territory.
    • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify new business opportunities and potential customers within the territory to drive growth.
    • Sales Presentations: Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to key prospects, showcasing the value of the companys products/services.
    • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
    2. Customer Relationship Management
    • Client Retention: Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
    • Customer Support: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely manner, ensuring a positive experience with the company.
    • Market Intelligence: Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for new products or service improvements.
    3. Territory Planning & Execution
    • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape, customer needs, and potential market trends within the territory.
    • Sales Strategies: Develop tailored sales plans for the territory, including prospecting, lead qualification, and follow-up strategies.
    • Resource Allocation: Effectively manage territory resources, including time, budgets, and marketing materials, to maximize sales potential.
    4. Team Leadership (if applicable)
    • Team Management: Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives or other field staff within the territory (if applicable).
    • Performance Monitoring: Set performance goals for the team, track progress, and provide feedback to ensure targets are met.
    • Coaching & Development: Provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities for team members to improve their sales performance and professional growth.
