The brand has morethan 1,00,000 customers and serves across 32 major countries.The journey of Sweet Karam Coffee to one of the fastest growing D2C Food Brands is a testimony to zealtowards offering products with a purpose and taking the South Indian cultural and culinary experience tothe globe and has empowered an ecosystem of women and farmers who are involved in themanufacturing of these products.So now we call it ‘The Good Food Revolution’.ROLE SUMMARY:As a Territory Sales Officer, you will be responsible for managing and expanding sales in your assignedterritory. You will work closely with retailers, distributors, and other key stakeholders to achieve salestargets and strengthen our market presence.ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Sales Target Achievement: Achieve and exceed sales targets for the assigned territory througheffective sales strategies and relationship building.2. Territory Management: Develop and implement territory-specific sales plans and strategies tomaximize market coverage and product placement.3. Retailer and Distributor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers anddistributors to ensure product availability and visibility.4. Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our FMCG products to assist retailers andaddress customer inquiries effectively.5. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identifyopportunities and threats.6. Inventory Management: Ensure proper stock levels with distributors and retailers, minimizingstockouts and excess inventory.7. Promotions and Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activitiesand marketing campaigns at the local level.8. Reporting: Provide regular sales reports, including market insights and sales data analysis.9. Compliance: Ensure that all sales activities and practices adhere to company policies and industryregulations.QUALIFICATIONS Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience of 1-2 years in sales, preferably in the FMCG sector, with a track record ofachieving or exceeding sales targets. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in using sales and reporting tools. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
