Job Responsibilities Responsibility includes Infrastructure support - Application server and database Incidents Management - Critical incident management, Remediation, Production critical issue fixes, Root cause analysis Updating Operating system and Application patches - Scheduling and installation of operating system updates, Scheduling and installation of patches Providing Audit support - Assistance with audit requirements by gathering data and generating audit reports Business Continuity Management - Regular review of BCM processes, Management of BCM processes Performance & Capacity Management - Monitor and manage system capacity, Analyse performance and service data to enhance availability, stability and resiliency Providing SME Support to clients - Provision of SME support to configuration teams Health checks - Infrastructure health checks, Application health checks Key Skills SQL, Unix, TLM configuration. Investment banking domain knowledge. Desirable Skills Must have worked on TLM application. Should know TLM architecture and Data flow. Should know how to support infrastructure and application. Must know to trouble shoot issues in case of applicationserver failures Qualifications Bachelor Degree or above from an accredited college or university (or equivalent) Domain certification in investment bankingTechnical domain is good to have Experience Over all 8 to 12 years of experience and 5+ relevant TLM experience. ,
