Project Experience Must have proven expertise in implementation of large, complex software implementation projects. 4. Product Experience Must have proven expertise in implementation of large, complex software products with demanding and challenging clients. 5. Desired soft skills Excellent spoken and written English skills, Commitment, dependability, team work, Consistency, Ability to withstand pressure on tight deadline projects, Punctuality, Disciplined, Ethical behaviour, delivering as per client deadlines. ,
