Job Overview:Monitor and maintain Highstreet and its customers data center and cloud environment at good health 24x7x365This position will be responsible for the monitoring and support of day- to- day operations. As a team member of the operations center, you will assist developing operating procedures for a 24x7 operations center and you will own the activities of the team during shifts and contribute for the team success, in order to deliver consistent quality and services to our internal and external customers in compliance with SLA requirements. An ideal candidate will bring a combination of monitoring and supporting in a fast paced and growing environments, and should be proficient with IT Operations center and Network operations center concepts and practices. Job DescriptionMonitor and support Highstreets and its customers production IT infrastructure, systems and applicationsResponsible for the continuous monitoring and support of operations center scope of work.Detect events, correlate, validate, follow run book procedures and act to avoid a potential incident or lower the intensity of an incident impact proactivelyCommunicate with internal and customer- facing teams in support of status updates regarding open incidents and implement actions in support of root cause analysis and problem remediationUnderstand business dynamics and needs at all levels (end- user to executive) and fulfil the business requirementsConsistently deliver on GOALS while increasing/ improving customer experienceIdentify and report risks at an early stage for the management to act uponParticipate in the team and client facing meeting and add value Mandatory Requirements:Experienced and proficient with troubleshooting techniques and problem solving in a 24x7x365 production environmentExperience working with Cisco technologiesExperience troubleshooting enterprise networksExperience in troubleshooting of telco / carrier- related problemsExperience diagnosing and resolving TCP/ IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN issuesKnowledge in monitoring & L- 1 support of data base and applicationsKnowledge of Unix, Microsoft Windows operating systems, Active Directory, Exchange, O365Knowledge and experience with datacenter and cloud technologies.ITIL Processes,
