Job Description

Analyze gaps and flush around hang- on parts
Analyze gaps and flush around add- on parts
Analyze the buildability of BiW
Analyze Interior trims, cockpit and console fitment
Simulate and validate the BiW/ Interior assembly process
Provide suggestions and solutions for achieving the target
Present, discuss and implement results/ changes as per the customer s requirement.

BE/ B- Tech/ M- Tech
Experience in 3DCS or VisVSA
Experience in BiW domain
Minimum 6 years of experience
knowledge of Functional Tolerance Parts & Assembly Level
knowledge about GD&T standards
Skilled with Tolerance Stack up analysis with basic & complex situation
Good communication and presentation skills
Basics of manufacturing methods preferred
