Job Description

    Role & responsibilities:
    • Training the new hires on Voice & Accent concepts
    • Coach the associates on call attributes
    • Provide feedback and coaching for the associates on the floor
    • Facilitate training classes for new/existing agents using appropriate training media &materials with effective presentation skills
    • Develop & maintain training manuals, course materials
    • Conduct effective delivery of course content using a variety of techniques like role playing, simulation, group discussions and videos
    • Identify opportunities for continuous learning program and knowledge enhancement
    Preferred candidate profile :
    • Communicate using a neutral accent and excellent command over the language
    • Good knowledge of concepts of Voice & Accent
    • Fair understanding of American Culture
    • Should have experience taking calls-International
    • Assertive, flexible, and soft spoken in nature
    • Dynamic presentation & Strong analytical skills
    • Excellent Verbal & Written communications skills in English
