*Job DescriptionRoles and ResponsibilitiesProject Management of development and series support for EE components for Mercedes Benz Trucks and BussesAnalyse and fulfil the functional requirements, legal regulations, production and the quality objectives of the programManage the requirements specification for components including safety requirementsInter and Intra department Coordination for successful execution of the programSupport systems and global project teams for module strategy and next generation requirementsDocumentation and release management of the component in the organization databaseCoordination and support the vehicle system testsSupplier/Procurement managementCreating a test concept and test execution for the componentGeneration and release of the ECU-codingSample Handling (including delivery of vehicle, board, S-HIL, C-HIL, )Participate in Quality Audits / Gates at Daimler and SuppliersInternational travel on need basisTechnical SkillsExperience in development of ECUs/Electronic components with high complexity (like Engine control units, Body controllers, ABS/ESP control units)Automotive domain knowledge - especially in the area of automotive electronicsModel based engineering / FMEA / DRBFM methods and toolsExperience in Communication protocol development / tests - CAN and Automotive EthernetFamiliarity with AUTOSAR, ISO26262Inter-personal skills with good communication., German speaking skills would be an advantageExperience working with global teams and has a good understanding of OEM/Tier-1 development models / processExperience in system testing on different test infratructures like HiLs, VehiclesExperience in managing teams, project acquisitions, grooming up new team members, staffing and recruitmentConfiguration management tools and Quality management tools, *B.E/M. Tech (full-time) from reputed institutions with Specialization in EE/EC/Mechatronics/Instrumentation (6 - 8 Years)Certified Project Managers / Scrum Masters preferred
