We love polyglot programming and always choose the right technology and language to fit the need.Ideal Candidate This UI/UX role at Mercedes-Benz offers a unique opportunity to create a bespoke user experience that combines exclusivity and personalisation. As part of the role, you will be responsible for developing and designing user interfaces for the luxury car brand, ensuring that the user journey is seamless, intuitive, and tailored to the needs of the customer. The role will also involve testing and improving existing designs, gathering user feedback, and creating innovative solutions to meet the demands of the brand.Primary UI/UX skills:- Expert in using industry-standard design and prototyping tools like Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, Aftereffect, Flinto,Zeplin etc- Create user workflow diagrams, User flows, prototypes, mockups, wireframes and high-fidelity designs- Strong Visual design skills and experience in creating, maintaining and working with design systems.- Perform AB and Usability testing.- Experience in designing across platforms (Web, Android, iOS and Infotainment systems)- Must have excellent Collaboration, communication and presentation skillsAdditional skills:- Experience with transitions, animation, motion design and dynamic interaction.- Knowledge of capabilities and limitations in Web development such as HTML and CSS- Experience in Documentation and task management tools such as Confluence and jira, *Description - External
