They provide guidance for product development across the lifecycle (ideation / strategy through commercialization / monetization). Additionally, they facilitate market readiness for technology assets overall, as changes occur to assets or market conditions throughout the asset s life cycle.UX/UI ManagerJob Description As UX/UI Manager, you are a self-starter who is tenacious, creative and practical in finding ways to get things done. You will be part of an energetic, fast-paced and growing team of designers whose goal is to design digital solutions for complex applications and users. You will use the appropriate design and research methods to define the user experience requirements, shape the long term design vision of a product and work closely with stakeholders to deliver the day-to-day experience in a timely manner.Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum 10+ years of UX experience
• Bachelor s Degree
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:Demonstrates extensive abilities managing efforts identifying and addressing client and business needs includingWorking with business and application development team(s) within an agile environment to derive design strategy for projects;Documenting functional and designing requirements as appropriate;Applying trends and emerging technologies, designing techniques and usability methods, industry standards and guidelines;Creating consistent, high quality user interface mockups/walkthroughs for review with workstream stakeholders;Promoting the correct application of design/interaction templates and style guides;Evangelizing user experience design through compelling narratives and storytelling; and,Determining and prioritizing daily project assignments and on-going application support.Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:Proposing, building and maintaining information architecture;Demonstrating an eye for detail of visual designs, including composition, layout information architecture, grid layouts and responsive/progressive design;Inspiring and mentoring designers on the team;Breaking down complex problems and delivering suitable simple solutions;Leveraging knowledge of the principles of user-centered design, information architecture and usability and ability to employ practical skills, techniques and strategies for their application;Possessing a thorough understanding of the life cycle of web development including analysis, design, construction, implementation and support;Fostering an open and collaborative environment with a team-centered spirit;Assessing user needs and supporting them through design solutions;Explaining designs and interactions to stakeholders and project team members;Possessing excellent communication abilities, both verbal, visual and written;Conducting presentations and facilitating meetings as required;Demonstrating the ability to work independently and take initiatives in a fast-paced environment;Managing both individual and team schedules, deliverables and overall capacity;Possessing excellent organizational, analytical and problem solving skills;Providing thought leadership and championing data-informed design principles and practices across development efforts;Balance the UX process with the need for rapid application development; and,Demonstrating a passion for clean, simple, accessible, and functional design combined with a strong desire to get things done.,
