KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Independently building / designing and deliver campaigns/ campaign templates. Fine tune campaigns in Unica to arrive at the optimal solution for enhanced performance. Interact and communicate effectively with Client/ On- site manager to understand the campaign requirements Take input from supervisor and appropriately and accurately apply comments/ feedbacks. Adhere to project and quality standards defined by project management. Drive the campaign to using in- depth understanding of the Campaign Execution Process and Data Selectioncapabilities Develop a keen understanding of the business along with upstream, downstream effects of processes Understand and foresee the post campaign analytical opportunities and design effective tracking andanalytical processes Execute both Ad- Hoc and repetitive campaignsJob Requirements: ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALITIES Should be good at analytical thinking & breaking down large problems into solvable chunks. Experience of 3- 5 years in SQL Experience of work on IBM UNICA Optimize is preferred Good Microsoft Excel skills required Attention to detailQUALIFICATIONS A degree in a quantitative field (Engineering, Mathematics, Economics etc.). 2- 3 years of experience in executing campaigns in Unica.,
