  • Should have experience with shake flasks and laboratory and large-scale stainless-steel bioreactors ranging from 1-50L scale (Microbial fermentation).
  • To perform media & buffer prep., seed generation and support activities for fermentation and harvest.
  • To perform in-process tests to monitor process performance.
  • To perform Installation and maintenance of equipment in the lab.
  • To specify requisitions and maintain laboratory materials required for laboratory activities.
  • To maintain laboratory cleanliness.
  • To complete proper documentation of work done in laboratory notebooks, SAP, BPR and as applicable.
  • Follow GLP and GDP.
  • Ability to work in a team and willingness to work in shifts including night shifts
  • Follow environment, health, and safety (EHS) requirements always in the workplace ensuring individual and lab/plant safety
  • Attend training on environment, health, and safety (EHS) measures imparted company
Educational Qualification: M.Sc/B.Tech in Biotech with 1-3 years experienceTechnical/functional Skills:Experience in Microbial processShould be a good team player Experience:1-3 years post qualificationBehavioural Skills:
  • Should have the capability to work in a team and ability to handle demonstrate a good team spirit.
  • While possessing a good ability to follow instruction should also demonstrate innovative in his/her approach, good communication skills.
  • Should be proactive while working on allotted responsibility.
