Role Purpose:
• Handling of GLR, SSR, hydrogenators, ANFD, RCVD
• Handling of strong acids such as H2SO4, HCL, Trifluro acetic anhydride ,etc.
• Pyrophoric chemicals such as sodium borohydride, sodium metal, Boron dimethyl sulfide complex, N-Butyl lithium, etc.
• Online documentation with the GMP and GDP Compliance.
• Handling of solvents and safety compliance with the throughout the operation
Primary Responsibilities:
• Shift charge taken from previous Shift - Reaction condition, BMR, ECC, Raw material, Solvent.
• Ensure the Reactor/equipment cleanliness and change over clearance from QA for the process.
• Execute the Batch as per the BMR with Online documentation.
• Workup /Filtration drying will be taken care by the production operator with help of contract labour and co-worker.
• Drying Loading and unloading will be done by Operator with the help of co-worker/Casual labour.
• If any deviation to be taken, will inform to immediate shift in charge and above.
• Daily checklist will be updated as per the requirement of SOP.
• Maintain the house keeping with the help of Casual labour.
• Ensuring of availability of consumables like, filter cloth, sample bottles , labels, filter cartridges for his shift.
• Operate the DCS/SCADA as per the batch manufacturing record, online update of the operations in the batch manufacturing record by referring DCS/SCADA.
• Carry out batch charging /filtration / Work up/ Drying activities as per the batch manufacturing record, and product handling and packaging.
• Take care of shift in-charge operations whenever required.
• Trouble shooting in the manufacturing activities.
• Good and effective communication skill.
API Specialist such as
• Handling of GLR, SSR and Hastelloy reactor, hydrogenators, Pressure nutsche filter, ANFD, VTD, RCVD
• Handling of strong acids (HCL, H2SO4), base Compounds (NAOH, KOH, NA2CO3)
• Phyroporic chemicals such as sodium borohydride, sodium metal, Boron dimethyl sulfide complex, N-Butyl lithium,
• Online documentation with the GMP and GDP Compliance.
• Handling of solvents and safety compliance with the throughout the operation.
• Cooperation with co-workers and focus on good relationships with all cross-functional teams.
Educational Qualification: Diploma / BSc Experience: 1-3 years Technical/Functional Skills:
• Follow all good health and hygiene practices
• Attends training on the Standard operating procedure and enriches knowledge from day to day.
• Good teamwork
