    • Project Role :Application Tech Support Practitioner
    • Project Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

    • Job Requirements :
        • Key Responsibilities : 1 Responsible for packaging an application following an established process and workflow Packaging will consist of building silent installation packages in a MSI/MST and other formats using AdminStudio tool and performing initial installation testing on Windows based operating systems 2 Responsible for deployment of applications and packages through SCCM/Intune 3 interact with Application owners to gather requirements and drive the application through the various stages of the Application Life
        • Technical Experience : 1 Experience and knowledge on Application Packaging and Repackaging using Admin Studio or any packaging tool 2 Knowledge on Application virtualization using Microsoft APP-V 3 Good Knowledge in writing scripts using VBScript, Batch File Scripts, Powershell 4 Knowledge on troubleshooting packaged apps using tools like procmon Orca Picture Taker InstallRite etc
        • Professional Attributes : good communication skills
      • Educational Qualification : BE or Equivalent
