Job Description

    Urgent Hiring Manager-Business Development For Reputed E-Commerce Fintech Company.Educational Qualification: Full-time MBA is a mandate.Job Responsibilities
    • Accountable to add new partners and retain the existing partners, the role would be a target-driven role with daily reporting, should be able to manage stakeholders external and internal.
    • Set goals, define KPIs, and ensure team tracks effectively towards goals.
    • The incumbent will own the P&L of the business, plan & put into action the items which will have a favorable impact on the business P&L.
    • Own & drive the core metrics of New Acquisition & Adoption among sellers.
    • The person will be responsible for working closely with the Product & tech team to ensure that all initiatives are prioritized basis the impact expected & are closed in a timely manner.
    • Driving awareness and adoption of credit constructs through internal teams like category teams and merchandising teams via product features, category integration, incentivization, etc.
    • Working with the analytics team to design and maintain dashboards for tracking the success metrics.
    • Bringing in innovation in the adoption initiatives and driving with teams.
    Candidate Profile
    • Must have a minimum of 3-4 years of work experience in a fast-paced start-up in the fintech domain or in a fast-growing commercial finance/lending/banking is preferred.
    • Must hold an engineering/ MBA degree from tier1/tier2/tier3 institutes.
    • Should have passion for customer acquisition & relationship management
    • Should be articulate with thoughts & ideas and have excellent communication skills.
    • Strong problem solving and comfort in dealing with large volumes of data.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders.
    • Proficient presentation skills.
    • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and working in a constantly evolving business environment.
    • Good understanding of excel with a Structured Problem-Solving approach.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
