Position PurposeAcquisition of High End Current Accounts through open market along with crossselling of other products of the Bank.B. Position ResponsibilitiesSr. Key Responsibilities1 New to bank acquisition of high end current accounts through open market leadgeneration and closure, 4~5 CA in a month of which 2 should be PCA && IP of 3 lacs,M1 MAB of 4 lacs.Adherence to Bank policies and guidelines such as KYC && AML2 Ensure successful onboarding of customer for a smooth transition to branch bankingteam.3 Activation of customer Ensure that customer maintains required balances & startstransactions in his accounts (within M1 && Q1), 80% of customers to maintain specifiedAQB, 75% penetration of internet banking, 50% penetration of DSB.4 Activities for lead generation5 Cross sell Lead generation/ basic enquiry, liaising with Branch Manager & productteamRM - Aspire BankingCTC- Max 5.50 LPAKEY POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES1 Portfolio Management regularly contacting and meeting portfolio clients.Profiling the clients and cross selling various products2 Acquiring new relationships through references and catchment mapping3 Sourcing Family a/cs to strengthen and enhance the relationship4 Cross selling various engagement products- FD, RD, SIP, Locker, debit andcredit cards ad this is an entry level segment5 Deepening of Portfolio by cross selling various revenue products likeAssets, TPP and Liabilities6 Ensuring the customers are meeting the criteria for Aspire relationshipssourcing quality a/cs7 Achieving CASA and Total Deposit targets set for the RM8 Fee Revenue Fee revenue targets to be met by cross selling multipleproduct lines to all customers9 Mandatory certifications (AMFI and IRDA) and other internal trainingmodules to be completed10 Channel penetration like net banking, mobile banking, Bill payments , SIregistrations and ASBA setup
