Job Description

    Positions- 1 (Only Female/Good Looking)Salary can be NegotiableExperience-2 to 3 years (Receptionist/Front Office)Education Any Graduation or any equivalent additionalNotice Period - Immediately or max 15 DaysInterview Type - Face to FaceJob DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office Handle the front office - directing all visitors, including vendors, clients, candidates, andcustomers appropriately Screen Incoming calls and direct it to appropriate departments and take accurate and completemessages. Order and Manage the Office Stationery supplies Manage the routine Office Administrative duties. Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g.,pens, forms, and brochures) Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the receptiondesk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges) Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock Arrange travel and prepare vouchers Keep updated records of office expenses and costs Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing. Helping organize and maintain office common areas. Performing general office clerk duties and errands. Coordinating events as necessary. Handle petty cash & Office expenditure Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.Skills set: Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role English, Hindi, and local language Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Google sheets) Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines and printers) Professional attitude and appearance Solid written and verbal communication skills Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise Excellent organizational skills Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks Customer service attitudeInterested candidates pls send your cv soon athr.spbcgroup@gmail.com or whatsaap me hidden_mobile
