Job Description

    *Perform CAE simulations to evaluate the crashworthiness w.r.t PedPro & Low Speed Crash load case. Develop PEDPRO & Low Speed Crash finite element modeling [Points Mapping, Provide design guidelines for A surface development, Validation of kinematics, etc.] Develop and apply safety/crash methodologies as well as analysis techniques to drive innovation into product development. Support PedPro tests in line with standard protocols and best practices required to generate CAE prediction models. Conduct optimization studies on vehicle designs to meet performance requirements with feasibility for manufacturing, assembly. Generate report summaries and meet the needs of management system functions. Meet all safety targets that will form part of the agreed program targets, with both internal and external resources. Perform post-crash test analysis & correlate CAE to test results. Develop appropriate highly predictable failure models of materials and joints to enable good correlations with physical tests.Masters Degree (preferred) /Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Automobile Engineering/equivalent 4 - 8 years of experience on CAE Pedestrian analysis & Low Speed CrashExperience in ANSA, LS-DYNA and ANIMATOR. Additional experience in Primer, Simulink is beneficial. Knowledge of Safety Standards (GTR, ECE, ENCAP, JNCAP, CNACP & KNCAP). Able to communicate efficiently and effectively.,
