Job Description

Required at-least 1 year of experience in Ed tech Education Industry.Note : Graduates from the year of 2018 -2020Responsibilities-

  • Develop and implement an all-encompassing educational and counseling plan with modern methods of teaching and mentoring
  • Call on Parent Leads through your CRM
  • 60-75 Leads are to be called daily
  • Pitch to the parents to take Trial Class
  • Conduct counselling sessions for parents who take trial classes
  • Close the sale through smart and strategic approach
  • Generate Revenue (3L+ per month)
  • Cooperate with parents and teachers as well as other interested parties
  • Complete assessments and tests, analyse results and provide feedback
  • Study and update student records
  • Prepare and present reviews on progress
  • Conduct group or individual counseling sessions to assist students with problems or concerns
  • Identify behavioral problems or at-risk students and act appropriately
