Job Description

    Job DescriptionBrand: 1.Implementation of the new design manual (BBA) with the brand positioning strategy across all communication collaterals.2.Brand Protection - Close Monitoring of counterfeit cases & specific markets to take appropriate steps against fake tools.3.Up to date knowledge on the brand guidelines & periodic trainings to the targeted stakeholders.Marketing Campaigns & activities: 1.Implementation of central user campaigns (content from all central expert functions) and deployment of CSO focused campaigns through merchandising agency pan India2.Collaboration with central MKU esp. on channels, data, user groups > (ensure systematic approach and implement learnings across CSOs)3.Ability to work closely with MKR and device/ manage customized promotion plans, for specific geographies, Customer clusters, segmented retail sales points Focus Geo approach.4.Manage and coordinate with local service providers for offline communication for any kind of offline branding. Ensuring the user insights are captured/taken into consideration across all the offline campaigns.PR , Events & POS: 1.Preparing the PR Calendar for all the BU s on the major milestones in alignment with CGR team in compliance topics with local experts.2.Active participation in the local user meets, large events on need basis to improvise the overall experience. End to end coordination with various internal & external stakeholders.3.Regular market visits to ensure our promotions and POS are up to the standards of their requirement4.Developing innovative POS elements to support the dealers , Sub-dealers & Hardware retailers.Automation & ROI: 1.Automation of branding process for greater visibility and agility.2.Managing the allocated trade spend and derive ROIs for trade marketing activities.,
