    Job DescriptionSkills:person will be responsible for Dell R&D Lads. So please submit someone with hardware(Live Lab environment / Data Centre )experienceExp. Level:3+ years# of Position:3Work Location (also mention if we can consider relocation):BTP, Dell5 CV Raman Nagar, bangaloreMax PR for Candidate:4 LPAInterview location:BTP, Dell5 CV Raman Nagar, bangaloreRemarks (if any) deadline to share profiles /walk-in deadline/etcMode of interview is F2F.:Notice Period: 15 days MaxDetailed JDNo Remote support experience/ No IT lab support ( No Laptop or desktop support people) .Key Responsibilities:To Coordinate and assemble servers/systems based on guidance from Engineers and Project Managers.Should be able to do the Root cause analysis up to the component level on the Enterprise Servers.Should have hands on experience on the OS installation & configuring the hardware components for Windows, Red hat Linux on Enterprise Servers & ESXi.To update BIOS/CPLD/Firmware on Mother Boards & firmware update on HDD.To be able to do Component level Reworks on the PCB using High End Rework ToolsTo do the recovery of systems, teardown and processing of units for final disposition after project completionQualification & Experience:Qualification: Diploma in CS/ECE/EEE (or) B.Sc CS/Electronics (or) BCAGeneral:Good Technical Knowledge on Server Products.Good Communication Skills.Good Task Management Skills,
