Created the Go to Market plan for launch of products successfully .- Creating the annual brand plan, Sales & budget plan for the company- Involved in corporate changeover for AVP & packaging design changeover for company- Handling the ATL & BTL for the brands- Public relations - Involved in corporate & brand level PR content development & releases- Piloting the revamp old branches into Treatment centres with consultation & pharmacy- Reviewing the business monthly & presenting a comprehensive report to the top management- Develop and implement Marketing initiatives thru dedicated team in line with agreed short term business/brands objectives and secure alignments from relevant stake-holders for the medium term strategic direction of the Contemporary Ayurveda vertical.
